STANDING IN AUGUSTA. IT IS LOCATED AT 533 JAMES BROWN BLVD. AND IN NEED OF RESTORATION. THE THEATRE OPENED ~1920
AND CLOSED ~1923. THE BUILDING HOUSED VARIOUS BUSINESSES DURING THE YEARS WHICH INCLUDED THE PALACE RESTAURANT
AND RED STAR CAFE.
